EMPOWERING STUDENTS THROUGH STEMBOTICS

BUILDING FUTURE INNOVATORS & PROBLEM SOLVERS

STEMbotics Partners vision is to foster creativity, collaboration, and innovation for the future generation of engineers and problem solvers.

STEMbotics Partners mission is to facilitate STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math) learning in the United States K-12 student population, primarily through use of robots as a hands-on learning tool for developing engineering design, prototyping, development, programming, testing, and soft skills through financial support, mentoring, and education.

What we do

What we do: STEM through Robotics.

  • Deliver hands-on robotics-based STEM learning that builds engineering, coding, problem‑solving, teamwork, and project‑management skills.

  • Develop and support mentors and volunteers while building a strong pipeline of future leaders.

  • Provide and facilitate funding and fundraising to help students grow and advance their skills.

Impact

Talent Pipeline Impact: Strong Partnership with Caterpillar and the community

  • STEM Student trainees (80% of students have robotics experience)

  • College interns

  • Full‑time employees

This progression demonstrates the effectiveness of our training model and validates the quality of the skills students gain through our STEM and robotics programs.

Why

Develop real workforce readiness

By the time students reach internship consideration, they already possess:

  • Hands-on technical experience

  • Programming and engineering fundamentals

  • Problem-solving and teamwork skills

  • Exposure to real-world design and robotics challenges

This makes them high-value candidates for industry partners like Caterpillar seeking future-ready talent.
